Dawn Jean

Dawn Jean is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in store management and operational excellence. Currently, as a Store Manager at rue21 since November 2017, Dawn focuses on business development, talent acquisition, and merchandising strategies to drive results. Prior experience includes serving as Apparel Manager at Walmart, where sales and inventory management were key responsibilities, and as Store Manager at Nautica, overseeing daily operations and coaching staff. Dawn also held the position of District Sales Manager at Dots, managing multiple stores and enhancing customer experience through effective leadership and team motivation, alongside experience as a Training Store Manager. Dawn's education includes attendance at LakeVille High School.
