Steve Wurster

Steve Wurster has over two decades of work experience in civil engineering and leadership roles. Steve began their career as a Project Engineer at J.C. Zimmerman Engineering, where they worked on various municipal, transportation, stormwater, and utility projects. In 1999, they joined Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., where they held multiple positions, including Project Engineer, Principal/Municipal Services Team Leader, and Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in business development, client management, project management, staff training/mentoring, and executing strategic corporate initiatives. Steve is known for their passion for civil engineering and their commitment to the professional development of their team members.

Steve Wurster obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
