Lilin Liang

Lilin Liang is an experienced project management professional with a robust background in engineering and construction. Currently serving as Project Manager at Ruentex Engineering & Construction Co. since July 2020, Lilin has previously held significant roles, including Project Coordinator at Arcadis, where responsibilities involved managing stakeholder interfaces for large-scale power generation projects. Additional experience includes serving as Consultant at Arcadis, focusing on project claims and compliance, and as President & CEO of Shabu House, a Japanese/Chinese restaurant. Furthermore, Lilin has contributed to quality management as Engineering Quality Managing Consultant at TelcoMotion and Quality Manager at Jacobs Engineering. Lilin holds a Ph.D. in Construction Engineering & Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin and advanced degrees in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering from National Central University and National Chiao Tung University, respectively. Currently, Lilin is pursuing a Master of Laws at National Chengchi University.
