Colleen Cournot

Colleen Cournot is a prominent figure in both the culinary and dental fields. As part owner of Ruffian Wine Bar & Chef's Table since November 2022, Colleen has contributed to the development of a winter menu featuring dishes influenced by the Caucasus and Levante, paired with selections from ancient wine regions. Colleen has served as an Associate Clinical Professor at Columbia Dental Medicine since January 2005, actively participating in the Admissions Committee and Ethics Department. Additionally, Colleen has owned and operated a dental practice since 1979, emphasizing a patient-centered approach. Educational credentials include a DDS from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Trinity College-Hartford.
