Noe B. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple roles in various companies.

Noe currently holds the position of Founder & CTO at Ruffo since April 2022.

Prior to this, they worked at Nubank as an Engineering Manager from May 2020 to April 2022. During their tenure, they led a newly created organization and was responsible for staffing, mobile infrastructure support, and leading engineering teams for the Flutter migration and new design system for mobile.

Noe was also a Self-Employed Independent Consultant from August 2019 to May 2020, where they specialized in technology consulting for startups, especially in the fintech sector. Their expertise included mobile development, architecture evaluation/designing/implementation, team structuring, and delivering high-quality products to end-users.

From October 2018 to October 2019, they served as the Head of Engineering at Instacarro.com. In this role, they led a distributed engineering team and successfully reduced infrastructure costs while optimizing the systems. Noe also improved cross-functional teamwork across departments.

Before that, they worked as an Engineering Manager/Tech Lead at Instacarro.com from September 2015 to November 2018. Their responsibilities included maintaining the architecture of tech solutions, leading the team in daily tasks, and gathering requirements from product managers.

Noe B. has earlier work experience as a Udacity Code Reviewer from April 2015 to July 2016, Lead Mobile Developer at Orange from an unspecified date in 2010 to September 2015, BlackBerry Developer Elite at BlackBerry from May 2011 to June 2013, and as an Undergraduate Teacher at Universidad APEC (UNAPEC) from February 2012 to April 2012.

Noe also worked at Verizon in multiple roles. Noe served as a Software Development Team Lead from May 2008 to December 2010, where they designed and implemented configurable components and mentored junior developers. Noe was a Software Engineer from February 2007 to May 2008, where they migrated the in-house development environment and supported development teams. Noe began their career at Verizon as a Performance Engineer from March 2003 to February 2007.

Noe B. has pursued a diverse educational background with a focus on leadership, management, and technical skills. They are currently pursuing a Specialization in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School, expecting to complete it in 2022. Prior to this, they completed a degree in Applied Artificial Intelligence from Columbia Engineering in 2019.

Earlier in their education, Noe B. obtained a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo in 2010. They also completed a Software System Development Course from Carnegie Mellon University - iCarnegie in 2008.

Before entering higher education, Noe B. obtained a High School Diploma with a specialization in Information Technology from the Instituto Técnico Salesiano. Moreover, they hold additional certification in Developing Android Apps, which was obtained from Udacity in December 2014.
