Head Physiotherapist Wallaroos

Chari Stewart (nee Mouton) is a highly experienced physiotherapist specializing in sports medicine, currently serving as the Head Physiotherapist for the Australian Women's Rugby Team, Wallaroos, since March 2022. With a robust career in rugby physiotherapy, Chari has held various key roles including Team Physiotherapist for Wallaroos leading up to the Rugby World Cup and Physiotherapist for Presidents XV during the 2021 SuperW tournament. Additionally, Chari has been a Clinical Educator and Casual Academic at The University of Queensland since February 2018, and has worked with multiple organizations including Sports & Spinal Physio, Optima Sports Medicine, and Queensland Rugby Union, supporting both men's and women's teams at various levels. Chari holds a Master of Physiotherapy (Sports) from The University of Queensland, a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Science (Physical Conditioning) from Auckland University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago.
