Richard Andrews is a dedicated sports performance analyst with extensive experience in rugby, currently serving as the Mens 7s Performance Analyst at Rugby Canada since June 2022. Previously, Richard held the position of Lead Performance Analyst at Cardiff Metropolitan University from September 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included filming and coding matches, mentoring performance analysts, and developing educational resources. Further experience includes roles as a Performance Analyst at various organizations, such as BALMA Olympique Rugby Club and USA Rugby, as well as consultancy work for the South African Rugby Union during international tours. Richard holds a degree in Sport Performance Analysis from Cardiff Metropolitan University, completed in 2022.
