Francesca Pierce

Francesca Pierce currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at England Rugby, overseeing finance, people, and technology, and is responsible for the financial management of the RFU. Prior to this role, Francesca held various senior positions at SkyShowtime, including Chief Strategy Officer and founding Chief Financial Officer, where responsibilities included strategy development, decision-making support, and mentorship for female talent. Francesca's extensive experience at Sky from 2008 to 2021 involved multiple leadership roles in finance and strategic planning, significantly contributing to the company's growth initiatives and international streaming service efforts. Francesca began their career at Bear Stearns as a Research Analyst and at Arthur Andersen as an Audit & Advisory professional. Francesca holds an ACA qualification and a B-MUS degree from The University of Manchester.
