Matt Osborne

Matt Osborne has a strong background in supply chain and logistics. Matt started their career at 21st Century Building Services, where they served as the I.T. and Operations Manager before advancing to the role of Director of Operations. In 2015, they transitioned to Ruger Firearms and held various positions, including Buyer I, Buyer/Production Planner, Master Materials Planner, and Supply Chain Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Supply Chain & Logistics at Ruger Firearms.

Matt Osborne has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, which they earned from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems and Supply Chain Management from the same university from 2016 to 2018. Matt also holds a degree called SIS (Bachelor's Degree) in Information Systems from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they studied Web Security at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte during the same period. Matt began their education at Catawba Valley Community College, where they completed an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2008 to 2009.
