Claire Pinckney

Claire Pinckney is an accomplished design strategist with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Director of Design Strategy at Ruggable, Claire leads the creative vision for all collections, fostering a culture of innovation among a diverse team. Previously, as Vice President of Design at La Senza, Claire managed a team of 23 designers and drove the evolution of seasonal concepts across product categories. Additionally, Claire held leadership roles at White House Black Market, overseeing significant revenue streams and inspiring design teams. Claire's earlier experience includes managing design operations at Dorothy Perkins and serving as Head Designer at LEANA/Richfield Fashion Co. Ltd. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile and Knitwear Technology from De Montfort University.
