Dustin Ensign has a diverse work experience. Dustin started their career in 2006 as a Video Production/Content Creator at DenMat Holdings, LLC. In 2010, they moved to the County of San Luis Obispo, where they held the positions of Employment Resource Specialist and Program Specialist. At the County, they oversaw various projects and managed vendor relationships. In 2012, they started their own business called A Celluloid Dream, where they served as the Owner and Creative Director. Later, in 2017, they joined Synergy Manufacturing, Inc. as a Marketing Manager, overseeing the execution of marketing strategies and plans. Currently, since 2019, they are working as the Director of Marketing at Rugged Radios. Overall, they have accumulated valuable experience in marketing, project management, and creative direction.
Dustin Ensign attended Arroyo Grande High School from 1996 to 2000. After graduating from high school, they attended Chemeketa Community College from 2000 to 2001. Dustin then pursued a degree in Associate of Arts - Video Production, specializing in Digital Filmmaking & Marketing, at The Art Institute of California-Los Angeles from 2001 to 2004.
