Robotics Operations Engineer at Rugged Robotics

Jack Sampson has a diverse work experience. Jack began their career in 2014 as Vice President of Build Operations at CRyptonite Robotics. During their time there, they also served as President, where they approached unique engineering challenges in a team setting each year through the FIRST Robotics program, designed robots with extensive consideration for optimal strategy, and led strategy team discussions. Jack also promoted CRyptonite to management teams of various corporations. In 2015, they took on the role of Global Engineering Design Systems Intern at Wood Group Mustang. In 2016, they joined NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration as a Space Vehicle Mockup Facility Intern. Most recently, they have been working as a Robotics Operations Engineer at Rugged Robotics since 2022.

Jack Sampson attended Cinco Ranch High School from 2013 to 2016 and then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Texas A&M University, which they completed in 2022.
