Gregory Senft

Gregory Senft is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Quality at Rugged Science since July 2020, Gregory focuses on improving manufacturing processes and product quality. Previously, as Quality Manager at IDSI LLC and General Dynamics C4 Systems, responsibilities included overseeing RF amplifier product quality and ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems and AS9100 certification. Gregory held the position of Director of Reliability Engineering at Ciena, concentrating on the reliability of Fiber Optic Telecommunications products. Early experience includes roles at Corning OCA, Lockheed Martin Aeronutronic, and Loral Aeronutronic, where contributions focused on materials and process engineering in defense projects. Gregory's educational background includes a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Science from Penn State University.
