Carin Terins

Carin Terins began their work experience as a Designer at Tenson AB in 1987. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing trends for the "Active Wear" product group. Carin then joined Swesko AB in 1988 as a Designer, where they collaborated with Gunilla Pontén to create unique collections for private label customers. In 1990, Terins started their own business, named Total Design. The following year, they worked as a Designer at Flash AB, eventually becoming the Purchase and Creative Director. During their time at Flash AB, they led design and purchasing teams, implemented strategic changes to the product assortment, and achieved significant sales and profit increases. In 2018, Terins joined RugVista AB as the Purchase and Creative Director, overseeing one of the largest online carpet shops in the world.

Carin Terins attended the University of Borås from 1985 to 1987 and obtained a degree in Produktutvecklare with a focus on Design/Konfektion. From 1983 to 1985, they also attended Lennings Textilinstitut Norrköping and completed a 2-year program in Damskrädderi (Clothing technology). Prior to that, from 1980 to 1983, they attended De Geer gymnasieskola Norrköping and obtained a 3-year gymnasieexamen in Samhällsvetenskap med estetisk inriktning (Social science with an aesthetic focus). In addition, Carin Terins completed a program in Praktisk projektledning (Practical project management) at Wenell Management in 2017. Furthermore, they pursued Digital Marketing studies at IHM Business School in 2017, although the specific degree they obtained is not mentioned.
