Ke Cheng has served as the Company’s director and chief operating officer since October 2018. He also has served as a director and chief operating officer of Hangzhou Ruhnn Holdings Co., Ltd. since April 2016. From December 2012 to March 2016, he was the chief operating officer at Hangzhou Ruhnn E-Commerce Company Limited. Prior to that, he was the manager of the technology department at a number of firms, including Hangzhou Hedi Xiongjia Technology Company Limited from January 2008 to November 2012, Nanjing Binghui Information Technology Company Limited from January 2006 to December 2006, and Hangzhou Zhijiang Network Technology Company Limited from September 2003 to December 2005. Mr. Cheng received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University in 2003.
