Arthur Clerx

Arthur Clerx has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Arthur started their career at Volvo Car Corporation as a Development Engineer and Project Manager. Later, they worked at Hyva as a Technical Director and at Flowserve Corporation as an Operations Manager, where they played a key role in the development of a greenfield pump manufacturing plant and implemented Sales and Operations Planning for the Pump Division.

In 2001, Arthur became the President and owner of Total Service Company, where they served until 2009. During this time, they gained valuable leadership and ownership experience.

From 2009 onwards, Arthur joined Ruhrpumpen Global, serving in various leadership roles. Arthur was the CEO of Ruhrpumpen India, overseeing the development of a greenfield pump manufacturing plant and complete country operations. Arthur also served as the Managing Director of Ruhrpumpen China, leading the establishment of a greenfield pump manufacturing plant and country-wide operations.

Additionally, Arthur served as the Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO in a joint venture pump manufacturing and sales operation in partnership with the Egyptian government. Arthur was responsible for balancing and representing the interests of joint venture partners and supporting the General Manager in daily operations.

Arthur Clerx has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, which they completed from 1988 to 1990. Arthur also has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, which they obtained from 1970 to 1977.
