Marcela Safa is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Global Recruiting Manager at Ruhrpumpen since January 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing global talent acquisition for key positions across multiple regions. Prior to this role, Marcela worked at Caterpillar Inc. as Org & Talent Development Manager, focusing on talent and leadership development strategies, and held various HR positions at John Deere, where responsibilities included HR strategic support, recruitment strategies, and organizational climate measurement. Earlier experience includes an IT Recruiter role at Neoris, specializing in SAP and IT positions. Marcela holds a Licenciatura in Organizational Psychology from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master's degree in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy from Centro de Investigación y Entrenamiento en Psicoterapia Gestalt Fritz Perls, supplemented by an exchange semester in Organizational Psychology at NEOMA Business School.
