Rick Hollingsworth's work experience began in 2010 as an Aftermarket Sales Manager at Andritz Separation, where they were responsible for implementing sales strategies and providing value-based customer solutions. In 2012, they joined Andriz Separation as a Marketing Manager for North America, where they developed and implemented global marketing strategies to increase sales and improve sales effectiveness. Later that year, they joined Ruhrpumpen Global as a National Sales Manager, where they oversaw aftermarket sales activities. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President of Sales for North America at Ruhrpumpen Global.
Rick Hollingsworth attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 1973 to 1976, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing / Business Administration.
