Victor Melendez

Victor Melendez has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Victor started their career at Hewlett-Packard as a Manager in the International Procurement Office, where they worked from 1989 to 1997. Victor then joined GE as the General Director of CIAT, where they led the establishment of an Engineering Center in Mexico, focusing on attracting and retaining highly skilled engineers. After their successful tenure at GE, Victor joined RuhrPumpen as the Director of Corporate Development in 2008.

Victor Melendez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1978. Victor further pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University from 1978 to 1979.
