Over the years our range of ingredients has grown tremendously, boosted by our enthusiasm for new applications and our drive to create. Nowadays Ruitenberg BasIQs offers a broad range of high-tech ingredients for the indulgence market. Manufacturers of snacks, bakery, confectionery, chocolate, and ice cream products rely on our efficient supply chain, our dedicated support and co-creative solutions for new applications.

As your supplier of high-quality ingredients, Ruitenberg BasIQs offers more than seven decades of experience in the challenging markets of liquorice extracts and indulgence ingredients. Our liquorice powders, pastes and derivates, extracted from the liquorice root, find their way into a broad variety of confectionery and indulgence products. In addition to our liquorice range and activated carbon, our portfolio includes extruded crisps and inclusions, texturizers, flavours, natural colours, essential oils as well as vegan alternatives. These ingredients make us an interesting partner for manufacturers of snacks, bakery, confectionery, chocolate and ice cream products.
