Darlene Takanishi

Darlene Takanishi has extensive work experience in the retail and food industry. Darlene worked at Ruiz Foods from 2009 to 2014, holding various roles including Associate Director of Trade Marketing, Analytics & Category Management and Sr. Mgr Trade Marketing, Category Management & Analytics. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Director of Trade Marketing for the FDS Business Unit, and from 2010 to 2011, they held the position of Director of Marketing for El Monterey. Prior to their time at Ruiz Foods, they worked at Gottschalks as the VP General Merchandise Manager from 2006 to 2009.

Darlene Takanishi attended Fresno City College from 1976 to 1978, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Darlene then went on to attend California State University, Fresno from 1978 to 1983, majoring in Fashion Merchandising.
