David Hickok, CCS, currently serves as the Sr R&D Manager at Ruiz Foods, a position held since June 2009, which follows a role as Research and Development Manager. Between March 2014 and 2018, David operated as Executive Chef and Principal at The Little Shop of Boars, noted as Fresno's first pop-up restaurant specializing in new American cuisine and wine pairing. Educationally, David holds a degree in Culinology, focusing on Culinary Arts and Food Science, obtained from California State University, Fresno, in the years 2006 to 2009.
