Kimberli Carroll has extensive leadership experience in the food industry, serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ruiz Foods since March 2001, with previous roles including Chief Operating Officer and EVP in various capacities. Prior to Ruiz Foods, Kimberli held key positions at Pacific Tomato Growers and the California Tomato Commission, focusing on sales and marketing. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and participation in the Leadership Program with the United Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Association. Kimberli also holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Organizational Development from Fresno Pacific University and an Associate's degree from Kings River Community College.
