Lucas Finley is an accomplished safety management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. As President of RUKCO since 2016, Lucas has been instrumental in driving company growth and innovation. Prior to this position, Lucas served as Vice President at Trinity Safety Group from 2014 to 2016 and held the role of Senior Project Manager at B-Safe Management Solutions from 2011 to 2014. Lucas holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Safety Management from Indiana University Bloomington, where studies were completed from 2000 to 2006.
