Aditya Darma Saputra is an experienced sales and business development professional with a strong background in management and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Sales Manager at Rukita since March 2023, Aditya has successfully enhanced both online and offline sales, developed tailored sales activations for various markets, and established significant relationships with landlords to promote growth. Prior to this role, Aditya was the COO and owner of KITA Property, where the development and operational setup of KITA PRO were successfully executed. Aditya has also held key positions at OYO as a Business Development Manager, where innovative sales strategies were devised, and at numerous banks, including Bank OCBC NISP and Shinhan Bank, contributing expertise in client relationship management and financial services.
