Miftah Farid

Miftah Farid is a Senior Market Analyst at Rukita since February 2022, specializing in property market analysis, business opportunities assessment, and product-market fit strategies. Previously, Miftah served as a Business Development Officer at UAC Laboratory / PROLOGY from July 2021 to February 2022, where responsibilities included real estate market intelligence and feasibility studies. Miftah also worked as an Urban Planner at BAPPENAS, focusing on the "Grand Design Alternative Development" project in Aceh Province to reduce cannabis production. Miftah's early career included an internship as a Town Planner at PT. Lippo Karawaci, Tbk, participating in the planning of an Industrial Estate Master Plan. Miftah holds a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Universitas Gadjah Mada, completed in 2019.
