Aakanchhya Tamrakar

Aakanchhya (Aaku) Tamrakar is a skilled product professional with diverse experience in various roles across the tech industry. Currently serving in a product role at Rula since 2024, Aaku focuses on empowering patients with essential tools and resources. Previously, Aaku was a Senior Product Manager at Songfinch from 2023 to 2024, leading growth strategies in the purchase journey. As the Product Lead at Geneva from 2021 to 2022, Aaku spearheaded the messaging team for iOS, Web, and Android platforms and was the first PM hire. Aakanchhya also has experience as a Product Manager at Apple, where responsibilities included redesigning the point-of-sale app across multiple markets. Additional roles include founding team member and UX researcher at Six Feet Closer, Product Manager at Accenture Song, and various internships at Code3, Splash, and Community Investment Collaborative. Aakanchhya holds a degree in Foreign Affairs with a minor in Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia.
