Kylie Ryan

Kylie Ryan is a Senior Content Specialist at Rula since October 2022, with previous experience as an Onboarding Specialist at Superhuman from July 2021 to June 2022. At Zestful, from October 2019 to May 2021, Kylie served as Head of Customer Experience, managing enterprise accounts and leading the support center to enhance customer-centric product development. Earlier roles include Customer Experience & Education Specialist and Customer Support Associate at EF Educational Tours between July 2018 and October 2019, and Traveler Support Specialist. Additionally, Kylie was the Head Pastry Chef at SALT the Bistro in 2016, overseeing pastry inventory and production while upholding the restaurant's organic mission. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder, graduated in 2017.
