Neil Tyler Bell

Neil Tyler Bell is an experienced professional in OT security and application security, currently serving as VP of OT Security at Rule4 since November 2020. Prior to this, Neil was a Senior Manager at Coalfire, where responsibilities included managing a team of penetration testers and executing personal penetration tests. Neil's previous roles encompass Senior Director of Application Security at Flexential and Director of Application Security at AppliedTrust, focusing on application security, penetration testing, and team leadership. Neil's career began at Oklahoma State University as an IT Security Analyst and intern, with a foundational background in web development. Holding an MS in Telecommunications Management and a BS in Management of Information Systems from Oklahoma State University, Neil possesses extensive knowledge in critical infrastructure, IoT, and various security methodologies.
