We are RULKC — a community of leading engineers, Linux kernel, OS and embedded systems developers, team leads, and department heads.

We have deep expertise in kernel internals, its subsystems, maintainer interactions, and current development trends.

Our experience enables us to:
- Contribute effectively to upstream
- Explain how subsystems work and find the right experts
- Review complex code changes
- Discuss upcoming features before they land in mainline

Why do we exist?
- Mutual support & knowledge sharing
- We create an environment where technical experience is exchanged, and complex problems beyond a single company's scope are solved together.
- "Today you work on open source, tomorrow open source works for you."
It's easier to solve large‑scale challenges as a community. We promote the Linux kernel and projects built around it.
- Building talent & expertise. We advocate systems development among students and professionals, organize training courses, lectures, and build a knowledge base.
- Alternative communication channel: As global interactions become more complex, we offer a fast, effective way of mutual support through community.

Why engage with us?

For businesses:
- Access to expertise and talent without direct R&D investment
- Reduced employee training costs
