Michael Daws has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael started their career in 2007 as an Intermediate Level Hydraulic Mechanic in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, where they served until 2013. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at BNY Mellon as a Check Services RA/DN Trainer and Lead Representative, designing training programs and implementing continuous training for new representatives. In 2018, they joined Colonial Electric Supply as a Project Manager, handling industrial lighting projects and managing budgets. From 2021 to 2022, Michael worked as a Project Manager at Sensus, where they developed and managed the Field Supports Management System and ensured contractor compliance. In 2022, they moved to Landis+Gyr as a Senior Project Coordinator, responsible for maintaining RF mesh network stability and reducing contractor workload through analysis and monitoring software. Currently, in 2023, Michael is working at Rullex as a Project Coordinator.

Michael Daws earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Michael attended this school from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Delaware County Community College.
