Brian Vrablic has a diverse range of work experiences, beginning with a role as weekend help at RadioShack in 1998. Later in their career, they were a Project Engineer at U.S. Steel, overseeing a $2 million capital budget and managing division cost projects. Brian also served as a Maintenance Manager for the same organization, directing resources, cross-training staff, and cultivating investment within the team. Brian was a Regional Manager for Balemaster, supervising six to eight independent sales representatives in a 15-state territory and driving a $1 million annual revenue. Brian was a Sales Engineer for Recycling at Eriez Magnetics and then took on various positions at Rulmeca Corporation, including Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, Vice President, and President, with full sales, P&L, and operations responsibilities for the organization's US affiliate. Brian also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for the company. Under their leadership, Rulmeca Corporation achieved significant sales growth in both bulk handling and unit handling motorized pulleys in the US market.
Brian Vrablic obtained their MBA from Indiana University Northwest from 2002 to 2004. Prior to this, from 1997 to 2001, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tri-State University. Their secondary education took place in Coldwater High School from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, education experiences included attending Freeland, Freeland Elementary, and Godfrey T. Norman Elementary, but the years are unknown.
