Kaushik Mehta has extensive work experience in the finance and marketing industries. Kaushik is the Founder CEO of Ruloans Distribution Services Private Limited, where they play multiple roles including mentor, marketer, and colleague. Their main focus is to empower individuals and ensure the direct penetration of financing solutions in the smallest towns of India. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Rushabh Marketing Solutions Private Limited for 15 years.

Kaushik Mehta attended KC College where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Kaushik completed their education in 1992, specializing in the field of General Law.
