Denny Oktaviano

Denny Oktaviano is an Information Technology Support Specialist at Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah Group since September 2021, responsible for addressing user complaints and needs related to IT services while ensuring effective follow-ups on unresolved incidents and requests. Prior to this role, Denny served as a Frontline Administrator at the same institution from August 2020 to March 2021, where responsibilities included managing medical records, patient data entry, appointment scheduling, and daily reporting. Denny also worked as a Project Administrator for E-Commerce at PT Jaya Duta Indonesia in mid-2019, developing a website-based e-commerce system using WordPress.
