Elisabeth Lisye K.'s work experience includes being the Head of Executive Health Check-Up at Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah Group, where they focus on creating a transformative healthcare experience and leading a team dedicated to achieving outstanding health service quality and patient satisfaction. Elisabeth Lisye also worked as a Consulting Doctor for Vaccines and Immunization at IMUNI and as an Academic Tutor at PADI Bimbingan UKDI. Additionally, they have experience as a Medical Doctor at RSUD Jagakarsa and as a Tropical Infection Academic Tutor for Indonesian International Medical Olympiad at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Earlier in their career, they served as a Teacher Assistant, Peer Advisor, Peer Tutor, and Research Assistant at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
Elisabeth Lisye K. has a diverse education history. Elisabeth Lisye completed their Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Indonesia from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, specializing in Medicine, from 2013 to 2019. In 2019 to 2020, they attended Harvard Medical School where they completed the HMX Fundamentals program, focusing on Immunology, Genetics, Physiology, and Pharmacology.
In 2016, Elisabeth participated in the International Summer School: Tropical Infection program offered by Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). Elisabeth Lisye also attended UPH College from 2011 to 2013, where they completed their high school education with honors. Additionally, they received training in music at the Yamaha Music School from 2009 to 2013.
Elisabeth further expanded their knowledge in the field of Medicine by studying Health Policy Management and Epidemiology at Teikyo University from 2016 to 2017.
To complement their education, Elisabeth has obtained various certifications. Elisabeth Lisye received Emergency Electrocardiography certification from the Indonesian Heart Association in July 2020. In June 2020, they obtained Occupational Health Certification from the Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan. Elisabeth Lisye is also certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by the Indonesian Heart Association, which they achieved in February 2020.

To reach out to more people in Jakarta and its vicinity, RS Pondok Indah Group then opened its two more RS Pondok Indah hospitals: RS Pondok Indah – Puri Indah in 2008 and RS Pondok Indah – Bintaro Jaya in 2017.
