Andy “The Mayor” Stern is a seasoned fitness industry professional with extensive experience in talent recruitment and program development. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent & Programming at Xponential Fitness since July 2021, Stern manages global talent and programming for the Rumble franchise studios. Concurrently, as Vice President of Talent & Programming at Rumble since July 2016, responsibilities include overseeing over 100 Rumble Boxing Trainers across 14 studios nationwide, managing operations, and contributing to brand expansion. As the first employee at Rumble, Stern played a pivotal role in launching the brand and has taught over 1,500 classes while adapting roles from Director of Talent to Co-Creator. In addition, Stern owns COREiculum, a fitness consulting business, and held previous positions as Head Trainer with Orangetheory Fitness and Community Marketing Assistant with New York Road Runners. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Monmouth University.
