Daniel D. Martin

Daniel (Doc) Martin is RUME’s Corporate Maintenance Supervisor, a role in which he upholds and improves the integrity of maintenance-related aspects for each property in the portfolio. In keeping with the company’s innovation ethos, Doc has endeavored to transform and exceed standard industry practices to achieve best-in-class properties and advance the organization’s long-term goals. He brings a distinctly solutions-oriented approach to his work and his team, with a focus on continuous improvement and skills development.

Doc maintains all necessary certifications required by the Environmental Protection Agency, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, hazardous materials handling and CPO-related duties. Ensuring a safe, injury-free workplace has been a cornerstone principle of his 30-year career.

At RUME since 2017, Daniel has previously worked in highway construction, public water utilities, vehicle maintenance and repair, and as the owner/operator of a fuel transportation company.
