Vinny Lingham

Vinny Lingham, is the Co-founder & CEO of Rumi.ai, an AI-enhanced video conferencing tool. He is also the Co-founder & Executive Chairman at Civic Technologies, a company focused on decentralized identity solutions. Additionally, he serves as a General Partner at Multicoin Capital, investing in cryptocurrencies and blockchain companies. As the Co-founder & General Partner of Newtown Partners, he leads a seed investment fund in Cape Town. Vinny is also a Shark on the South African version of Shark Tank. He has held advisory and leadership roles at companies like First Data Corporation and Rodan + Fields Dermatologists. Vinny has a background in entrepreneurship and e-commerce, with degrees from Harvard Business School, the University of South Africa, and the University of Cape Town. He graduated from Hudson Park High School.
