Kosta Stavreas is an experienced strategist and coach who has worked with world-class startup founders to build meaningful companies. Kosta has helped these founders develop winning growth strategies, create innovative offerings, validate demand, raise capital, and overcome barriers to exponential growth. Kosta has successfully supported their clients in raising over $100 million to bring their visions to life. Prior to their current role, Kosta worked as an Innovation Strategist at Fahrenheit 212 from 2015 to 2017. Before that, they founded Maneas, a consulting practice specializing in data-driven strategy and innovation, where they supported Fortune 1000 companies, high-growth mid-sized companies, and venture-backed startups. Kosta also has experience as the Founder and CEO of CompanyThread, a SaaS/analytics software startup aimed at transforming the strategic decision-making process. Additionally, they have worked as a Strategy Consultant at Virtual Consulting and as Vice President of Strategy & Finance at Agri Energy Limited. Kosta started their career as a Group Strategy & Financial Analyst at Agri Energy Ltd and worked as a Consultant at Innovation Management Consultants. Kosta Stavreas attended The Australian National University from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and another Bachelor's degree in Laws. Following this, from 2003 to 2004, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at The Australian National University. In 2010, Kosta Stavreas enrolled at FINSIA, where they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Finance.
