Tara Winston

Tara Winston has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Tara started their career as a Calling 'Canes Caller at the University of Miami in 2005, where they raised donations for the university. After that, they joined Beyond the Applause as a Communications Associate, where they created promotional materials and revamped the brand image. In 2011, they joined SunTrust Bank as an Enterprise Client Experience and Loyalty Associate, where they co-led workshops and conducted primary research to inform business strategies. Tara later became the Advertising & Brand Manager, leading the creation and launch of the Shine brand campaign. Tara then moved on to Ford Fry Restaurants, where they held multiple roles including Event Captain, Event Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Public Relations Manager. Tara'sresponsibilities included coordinating and executing various events and ensuring client satisfaction. Currently, they are the Director of Private Events & Catering at Rumi's Kitchen, a role they started in 2018.

Tara Winston attended the University of Miami from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Psychology.
