Victoria Haywood is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in private dining and event management. Currently serving as the Private Dining Manager at Rumi's Kitchen since September 2021, Victoria previously held the roles of Service Manager and Private Dining Director at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar from October 2016 to September 2021. Prior to that, Victoria managed restaurant operations and private events at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. from April 2007 to May 2016, including a tenure as Service Manager and Private Events Manager at Chequers Seafood + Steak.
