Luke Middleton

Luke Middleton is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in construction management and project administration. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer and Construction Manager at RK&K since August 2015, Middleton has played a pivotal role in the I-26 PCCP Widening project, overseeing documentation, compliance, and operational reviews. Prior to this role, Middleton held various positions at KDOT for over 15 years, including Area Engineer and Area Construction Engineer, managing highway construction, engineering inspections, and project finalization across four counties in Southeast Kansas. Middleton earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University and an Associate’s Degree in Pre-Engineering from Coffeyville Community College.
