Melinda Peters

Melinda Peters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transportation and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Partner and Senior Director at RK&K since September 2015, Melinda has a strong background from prior roles as Administrator and Director of the Intercounty Connector at the Maryland State Highway Administration from January 2006 to April 2015. Melinda holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 1991 and 1995.
