Jona Leo

Jona Leo has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jona is currently the Business Owner of Liberty Barbell, a gym located in southern Sioux Falls, SD. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Wellness at Dow Rummel Village. Jona also has extensive experience in the health and fitness industry as the Business Owner of Leo Strength & Performance LLC, where they have over 21 years of experience and has coached numerous USA Powerlifting State, National, and IPF World Champions. Additionally, Jona has worked in commercial sales at Push Pedal Pull and as the Director of Wellness at ABHM. Jona began their career as an Exercise Specialist at Sanford Health and also has experience as a Relationship Representative at Wells Fargo.
