Sharon Hoon

Sharon Hoon is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in nursing, case management, and compliance. Currently serving as the MDS Coordinator at Dow Rummel Village since July 2018, and as a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA since October 2015, Sharon also holds long-term responsibilities as a Secretary/Bookkeeper for Hoon Acoustical since January 1993. Previous positions include Staff Nurse at Bethany Lutheran Home and multiple roles as RN with AseraCare and Interim HealthCare, providing in-home patient care and performing insurance-related tasks. Sharon's expertise extends to research compliance and safety, having served in various capacities at Sanford Research, where responsibilities included oversight of research integrity and environmental health. Sharon's educational qualifications include an MS in Occupational Safety and Health/Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University, a BSN from Presentation College, and an ADN and LPN from the same institution.
