Cristiano Brasil

Cristiano Brasil currently serves as Vice Presidente de Operações e Tecnologia at Rumo, overseeing railway operations, terminal operations, technology, property security, and personal safety since December 2022. Previously, Cristiano held the title of Vice-Presidente Corporativo, responsible for human resources, IT, communication, ESG, property security, loss prevention, and facilities. In addition to roles at Rumo, Cristiano is a board member for FIPS - Ferrovia Interna do Porto de Santos and Brado Logística. Previously, Cristiano was Diretor Global de Gente, Gestão, Comunicação, TI e Inovação at Votorantim Cimentos and held various positions in human resources, operations, and management across multiple organizations, including TOTVS, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, and AmBev. Cristiano holds an MBA from BSP - Business School São Paulo and an engineering degree in computing from UFSCar.
