Robert Callinan

Robert Callinan has extensive experience in operations and customer service within various roles. At Rumson Country Club since 1999, Robert has served as both a Caddie and Assistant Outside Operations Manager, overseeing staff scheduling, tournament organization, and junior golf program instruction for approximately 100 participants. Responsibilities also included delegating tasks to over 80 caddies, maintaining golfing facilities, and ensuring member satisfaction. Previous roles include serving as a Consumer Service Associate at Wawa, Inc., where Robert managed operations during Superstorm Sandy, and as a Substitute Teacher for the Union Beach Board of Education, responsible for implementing lesson plans and maintaining discipline in classrooms. Additionally, Robert worked as a Community Advisor at Richard Stockton College of NJ, organizing student programs and enforcing campus policies. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Stockton University.
