Aviance O. has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. In 2017, they interned as a Compensation Analytics Intern at the City of Houston. Aviance then worked as a Development Intern at EMERGE Fellowship in 2018. Later that year, they interned as a College Success Intern at Houston ISD. In 2020, they worked as an Account Manager [Contracted] at Deliver Strategies and as an Executive Assistant To The Founder at GAIN POWER. In 2021, they interned as a Research and Public Affairs Intern at SKDK, where they revised proposals and client presentations and worked with public affairs teams. In 2022, they served as Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President [Contracted] at the World Wildlife Fund and currently works as an Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder & Co-Executive Director at Run for Something. Throughout their roles, Aviance has demonstrated skills in coordination, scheduling, networking, and communication.

Aviance O. began their education in 2016 at Wellesley College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Economics. Aviance studied at Wellesley College until 2019.
