Abby Douek

Abby Douek is the owner and a physical therapist at Run Raleigh PT, LLC, where Abby has been serving since April 2014. With a focus on biomechanics, Abby utilizes extensive manual techniques, dry needling, and video gait analysis to enhance movement. Since January 2020, Abby has expanded services to include virtual run analysis and ergonomic assessments conducted via Zoom, providing tailored support to improve running form and optimize home workstations. Abby holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science and Biology from Wake Forest University and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware.
