Nabil Shahid

Nabil Shahid has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Nabil is currently a Software Engineer at Runa, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Emumba as a Senior Software Engineer from May 2020 to February 2023. In this role, they were responsible for working in an Agile based team, participating in design and architecture discussions, and developing high-quality software using test-driven development and industry practices. Before joining Emumba, Nabil was a Senior Software Developer at Auxiliotech from August 2019 to May 2020, where they served as a technical platform lead and implemented critical areas of the company's flagship product. Their previous experience also includes working as a Software Developer at AbbVie from January 2017 to August 2019, and as a Junior Software Developer from March 2016 to January 2017. Nabil's career in software engineering began with an internship at Saudi Telecom Company in June 2014.

Nabil Shahid obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, they obtained a certification in IT Service Management, specifically ITIL - Foundation Certification, from PEOPLECERT in January 2017.
